Shipping & Return Policy
We ship all orders via Canada Post to any address confirmed by PayPal. If your address is not confirmed, please Contact Us to verify your shipping address in order to avoid delays in shipment. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Shipment of orders are normally will be made within 48 hours of cleared payment unless purchase is Made to Order or Custom Order.
Please allow an additional 3 to 7 days for custom/personalized orders (Made to Order) to be shipped possibly longer depending on the order.
Shipping fees are weight-based per order based on country designation. We do not ship on Sundays or Canadian Statutory Holidays.
As we do not have a physical retail store, we do not provide pick ups from our location.
Canadian Residents
Orders under 500g are sent via Lettermail-Other. Please note that by using this method, your package will not include tracking or insurance. Orders above 500g are sent sent via Canda Post Expedited Parcel. This method includes tracking and insurance up to $100.00. Or if you prefer to have your order shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) please Contact Us first with the items you wish to purchase, your email, and your shipping address. We will then calculate the shipping cost and send you a PayPal invoice for your order to reflect shipping by this method.
United States Residents
To the United States, packages are sent via Canada Post Int'l Small Packet up to 500g. This method does not include tracking but includes insurance up to $100.00. If you wish to have a tracking number for your package, then Contact Us first with the items you wish to purchase, your email, your shipping address, and shipping service you wish to have your order sent. (Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS (United Parcel Service)). We will then calculate the shipping cost and send you a PayPal invoice for your order to reflect shipping
Other Countries
For All Other Countries. Please Contact Us first so we can calculate your shipping rate to your specific country.
Jewelry by Saniki Creations will automatically upgrade shipping to Expedited Parcel on orders over $150.00CAD and shipping is free. This is valid for ALL countries.
Jewelry by Saniki Creations is not liable for any packages lost or damaged once it's in the hands of the Post Office. All border customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. Due to customs, holidays, postal strikes, or acts of nature, timeframe for delivery is a guideline only.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of package to return your order.
Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging or refund will not be applied. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send back to us. A refund will be issued via PayPal for the Item Price less Original Shipping Fee once we receive the item. A Restocking Fee of 10% will also be taken from the Item Price. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of items returned. Please fill out a Product Return Form first so we can issue you a Return Control Number (RCN) to be attached to the item that will be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Final Sale/Clearance Items, Earrings, Custom Orders and Personalized Jewelry/Accessories are NOT returnable.
